General information

We produce and ship furniture makers around Europe with competitive and high quality edge glued panels. To ensure the best quality, we use the latest up to date technology.

Lindwood maintains 41,000 m2 manufacturing plant, out of which ca. 9000 m2 is indoors. The plant comprises of the following facilities:
Production facility 1 (moulding and chop-saw line);
Production facility 2 (wood processing, edge-glue operation, packaging);
Garage/workhouse;
Warehouses – 2 (two) sheds and a tent (total ca 3 x 300 m2);
Wood thermal treatment chambers 4 x 100 m3 from Tekmawood;
Offices with leisure and changing rooms

Machinery:

Cross-cut and optimization line: Opti-cup 2002 System TM;
Finger joint line: GreCon Dimter Combipact, PRESS MAXIMUM LENGTH 6000 MM
4 (four) different types of 4-side moulders – Grama MK6, Grama UKG 6, SCM Topset 23 and SCM Superset 23;
2 (two) feed-through presses from Kallesøe LV, maximum workpiece measures 4500x1350 mm, workpiece thickness max 70-90 mm;
2 (two) double sided 2x 4-axis milling machines - Homag FL 63/25 and Homag FL 023;
2 (two) format sliding table saws;
Various types of vertical drilling machines from Rilesa, Rover, Koch, Danlist, Busellato, Friulmac;
2 (two) CNC Wood Routers – Busellato and CMS for outside edge profiling;
Costa calibrating machinery, maximum workpiece length 1150 mm;
2 (two) Cefla enhance finishing lines for painting relatively long wooden details on the basis of electrostatic spray technology. Maximum workpiece length 2200 mm.
